7. Rights and Usage of Marketing and Promotion Materials

As a valued client or a MigHubian of MigHub Solutions, you have the full right to make use of our marketing and promotion materials for the sole purpose for which MigHub created them. These materials are intended to be used exclusively for the promotion, advertisement, or referral of potential clients to MigHub Solutions, with the express intention of exposing MigHub services.

Your rights include, but are not limited to, the following:

i. Rights and Usage of Marketing and Promotion Materials

You are authorized to use MigHub's marketing and promotion materials to promote and advertise MigHub services within the scope of ethical business practices

ii. Referral of Potential Clients

Feel free to utilize the materials when referring potential clients to MigHub Solutions. This includes sharing materials that highlight the features, benefits, and offerings of MigHub's services.

Any use of our marketing and promotion materials outside of the sole ethical purpose for which they were created by MigHub is strictly prohibited and may result in legal actions. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized distribution, modification, or use of the materials for purposes inconsistent with the intended promotion and representation of MigHub's services.

MigHub Solutions reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity found in violation of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights, in and to MigHub services, information, and materials are owned by or licensed to MigHub. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may violate intellectual property laws.
